Cobalt

Cobalt is a virtual agent platform for enterprise service delivery. It resolves the repetitive IT and HR requests that fill a service desk — password resets, PTO balances, benefits questions, equipment orders — autonomously, across the channels your employees already use. You build and run agents from a single admin console. This guide is for the administrator setting Cobalt up: creating an agent, giving it the ability to act in your systems, and putting it in front of employees.
